Pricing Policy

Brick & Mortar makes a great effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and online content, but know that errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct our errors and appreciate your understanding and patience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Promotions and discounts will be available online from time to time. In order to receive a discount or promotion, you will be required to enter the given promotional code at the time of checkout. Promotions and discounts can not be combined or used in any way other than stated.

Return Policy

At Brick & Mortar, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. You may return most unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store/on-line credit. If done within 14 days from the date of purchase you may receive a credit back to the credit card used on original purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt as well as packaging and must have the tags intact. All store credit will be issued less any shipping and handling charges. Special exemptions are as follows:

All special order(s) or personalized purchases are non-refundable and con not be cancelled once your order has been placed.

Sale items or permanently reduced merchandise are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Policy Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.

Quality Assurance

We strive to package all merchandise to the highest standards to ensure a safe delivery. If the merchandise you have ordered is delivered in damaged condition, you must keep any and all packaging (including boxes, peanuts, paper, ect.) in order to file a claim. If the original packaging is not with the damaged merchandise, the claim can not be processed and may result in your inability to return merchandise.
